To keep note

- Please keep in mind that I work part-time as well as struggle with health issues. Turnaround can occur sporadically due to this, but you will be contacted if anything does occur.
- I have a weird process of accepting commissions. I do partial-payment until about half-way through the commission work.
- Prices are always subjected to change. However, those who already made an agreement and payment will not have to pay extra.
- Sketch process is usually immediate and shown within the first few days of the order.
- It is your responsibility to save copies of your files once given.
- I will not go back or be responsible for any mistakes on the final product due to incorrect or missing information.
- I have the right to present finished commissions as examples for my portfolio.

Terms of service

- While email is fine, it would be preferable to be contacted either by Discord or Twitter DMs.
- Emailing your order application, however, is preferred.
- It is your responsibility to keep contact with me when I send a response.
- __If I am unable to get a reply within roughly two weeks of two message checks, I will stop working on the commission altogether and immediately dropping it.__
- Your commission will be live-streamed or promoted through my social media. However, the final product will always have a watermark.
- Commercial art commissions has a chance to incur an extra fee. Keep this noted.
- A commission that wants to be privatized will be charged with a fee (30% of the commission total). You will not be refunded once payment is complete and you decide to change your mind.
- I reserve the right to not accept ANY commissions or requests.
- Any deadlines presented will be given an extra fee to meet the time.
- Failure to follow my TOS, I reserve the right to blacklist and prevent contact.

Process

- Once the application is in, I will review and confirm the details. Any details left out will be brought in front for review.
- I send a sketch within a couple of days after the initial contact.
- Continuation won't begin until partial-payment is given.
- I will stop half-way through to be given the final payment.
- There will be progress reports sent to the client to clarify or change any details for each phase.
- Completed pieces and their files will be sent by email.

payment

- All prices are marked USD.
- Payment is accepted through Paypal only. Invoice Only.
- I will refund before the lineart or sketching process.
- Payment must be 50% upfront to start. I won't continue past applying colors until given the other %50.
- I do not accept refunds unless the piece has not gone past the sketch or draft phase for about 2-3 months.

Commercial Rights

- Once a commission and full payment is done, it is now in sole ownership of the client.
- Cancellations is only allowed if the piece has not gone past the sketch or drafting phase. If it is beyond this phase, then partial refund will be distributed depending.
- Artist credit is welcomed, but not a requirement.

Permissions and copyright

- Claiming my work as your own is prohibited.
- If not the client, then you are not allowed to: edit, modify, distribute, make merchandise, or use for advertising.
- If the piece is not for commercial use then it is not to be used as such.
